I did have a small question about optimizing some queries, and their support team responded within a day with helpful suggestions. Usability of the API itself was good, the endpoints were intuitive. My only minor gripe was that the usage dashboard could be a bit more granular in its reporting, but that's a small thing. It performed as advertised.

My main criticism would be the initial setup process; while not difficult, the documentation could be a bit more user-friendly for someone new to this specific type of AI deployment. I think a more guided walkthrough would be beneficial. Otherwise, the performance once everything was running was quite good and stable.
